Media Bias Helped Biden. MRC Poll Proves It

A poll conducted by The Media Research Center shows media bias helped Biden immensely. MRC found 82% of the 1,750 Biden voters surveyed in seven swing states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin) did not know about eight key stories.

These were significant stories censored by the mainstream media.

Joe Biden and Tara Reade

The eight stories that MRC asked Biden voters about were:

  • Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegations
  • The financial scandal involving Hunter Biden’s laptop
  • Kamala Harris’s far-left voting record in the Senate
  • The Trump administration’s impressive jobs reports
  • A massive jump in economic growth
  • Peace agreements between Israel and Arab nations
  • The U.S. becoming a net exporter of oil
  • The successful vaccination program Operation Warp Speed

MRC summed up their poll results this way:

“This lack of information proved crucial: One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories. A shift of this magnitude would have changed the outcome in all six of the swing states won by Joe Biden, and Donald Trump would have comfortably won a second term as president.”

The conclusion reached by MRC is simple:

“The most basic principle of our electoral system is that our leaders are chosen by the people themselves. But if the people are given systematically one-sided information, with crucial facts omitted, then the real power to choose has been stolen from them.”

No doubt you’ve noticed that conservatives know about the stories the left is focusing on, but not so in the other direction. Leftists often are not aware of important issues being discussed by the right. As a result, there is a lopsided knowledge base. This poll proves that one-way phenomenon that you’ve noticed is not your imagination.

Media bias clearly helped Biden in this election. This poll proves the effects of left-wing media bias are real.
