Video of the Day After Riots: Tense Atmosphere in Downtown Minneapolis

A first-hand visit to downtown Minneapolis the day after riots and looting consumed the night.

National Guard troops and heavy police presence restore calm to Nicollet Mall. A Black murder suspect shot himself in the head in full view of onlookers on Aug. 26, 2020. That terrible incident was captured on video and posted online, but false claims on social media blamed the police. Those lies led to rioting overnight. This is video of the cleanup and repair the day after. Some pitch in to help; most do not. It’s a calm but tense atmosphere.

Business owners and residents wonder how long till the next riots. If you live in a blue city or suburb, you might be wondering the same for your town.

We know what works and what doesn’t. How long will ‘leadership’ in democrat run cities be allowed to promote these cycles of chaos and lawlessness?
